Who are we looking for?

We need someone that understands the world of social media and impactful content to help develop our hotel’s brand and customer engagement online. There’s a growing emphasis on using digital platforms to raise awareness of our business, encourage direct bookings and engage with guests about their experiences.

So we need someone to lead our activity in this area and keep us ahead of the game.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with departments and analysing insights to identify opportunities and co-ordinate social media activity
  • Creating engaging content for social media channels
  • Responding to online feedback
  • Ensure the hotel website features up to date information, working through the central support web content team
  • Measuring results so we can achieve continuous improvement

In return, we are offering the successful candidate a rewarding role with development, where no two days are the same.

This is a part time role, working 6 hours per day over 4 days.  Please note that evenings may be required to meet the needs of the role. This is a role that may be appealing to a graduate, or someone looking to gain further experience in this area.
