Full / Part Time Membership Sales Consultant - Anytime Fitness, Sutton, Surrey

£16,000 per annum plus performance related bonus

Anytime Fitness is one of the fastest growing fitness chains in the World with over 3,500 clubs globally.

We are now actively looking for a highly motivated individual for the role of Membership Sales Consultant in our new Anytime Fitness club in Sutton.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can drive a sales result in an integral fashion that is in line with the ethos of our organisation.

You must be a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual who can work towards sales targets and have excellent customer service skills.

You must be confident and outgoing and feel equally comfortable whether on the phone, facing sales prospects face to face or promoting our club at local events. You will be one of the public faces of the club, bringing prospects in, identifying their goals and ultimately signing them up as members.

The role is multi-faceted and we are looking for someone with a strong knowledge and understanding of health and fitness. Ideally the candidate will have at least a level 2 fitness instructor qualification. We want staff who are passionate about helping people identify and achieve their fitness goals. 

You will report to the Sales Manager and the salary will be supplemented by a target-driven bonus.

• You will have the ability to drive the superb Anytime Fitness culture within the club and exhibit it out in the local area to all of our prospective members
• You will have a proven track record in working within a high quality sales environment, ideally from within the Health/Leisure Industry, but experience in any commercial business sector will be considered.
• Our perfect candidate will enjoy working both within and outside of the club environment. They will have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others.
