We are a family owned business with family values at our core. With a growing team and sites UK wide, we are now looking for experienced, dedicated and highly motivated Groups & Reservations Sales Co-ordinator at Doubletree by Hilton - Queensferry Crossing.

About the role...

As the Groups & Reservations Sales Co-ordinator you will organise and co-ordinate the Groups and individual Reservations as part of the Groups, Conference & Events Team, ensuring the maintenance and improvement of communication standards.

You will also ensure guest and client satisfaction and utilise all sales techniques to maximise the profits of the hotel.
 

About you...

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar position or a bust hotel reservations environment with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language. You will also be of smart professional appearance, have extensive experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority.  You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player.  The ability to speak other languages would be desirable.
