Hotel Receptionist - Donnington Valley Hotel

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Donnington Valley Hotel on a full time basis. The working times will be 40 hours per week on 5 out of 7 days shift work.

The main responsibility of the role as a Receptionist is to:

• Greet guests checking in and out of the hotel
• Advise guests with any questions, issues they may have
• Cash Handling
• Answering calls
• Taking reservations for hotel & restaurant
• Constantly deliver Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa policies and strategies
• Provide a high level of customer service, customer care and deliver high levels of revenue and control

In order to be successful as one of our Receptionist you will need to be dedicated, hard working, polite and a customer focused individual who possesses excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English skills.

No previous experience necessary as full training will be given.
