The Carrington House is looking to recruit a Conference & Banqueting Sales Manager. They will be responsible for driving the hotel’s Conference & Banqueting revenue by managing existing accounts for the hotel, forming effective relationships with clients and developing their business. You will also source and develop new business for the hotel. This is a full-time role and you will be required to work 9-5 from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of sales experience within the Conferencing & Banqueting Sector, be highly motivated, resilient and have excellent Interpersonal and networking skills. Good knowledge of the local area is also required to maximise sales opportunity.
