We are looking to recruit an Allocationist who will ensure reservations are allocated within the specified timescale, balancing stock levels with guest’s needs and requests. You will have a sales focused manner towards telephone enquiries ensuring the delivery of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will have excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone.
