The International hotel is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk who will be able to assist in providing financial information and assistance to the Hotel Controller. This role is full time on temporary basis, however can possibly lead to a permanent position.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • General administration of purchase invoices, ensuring all PO’s have been authorised and matched against invoices, prices and general ledger codes are correct.
  • All invoices must be processed for payment without delay and any incorrect invoices must be queried with suppliers.
  • Other responsibilities will include cashiering and dealing with general queries

The successful candidate will be reliable and have a proven history working in administration, reinforced with a superb attention to detail, numerical competency and excellent communication skills.
