Food and Beverage Assistant - The Manor House and Golf Club

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences to our Members and Guests at the Golf Club.  We  are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant who is passionate about providing wow experiences through service and the delivery of food and drink.  This fantastic opportunity will open your career to the world of excellent customer service within the Golf Club.

Role Responsibility

The Food and Beverage Assistant (Golf) will be responsible for…

• Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to all members and guests  to the Golf Clubhouse
• Assisting in the set up of  Golf Club events (club meetings, corporate golf days, weddings etc)
• Proving a service behind the Golf Bar, making hot beverages, serving alcoholic drinks and meals
• Dealing efficiently and courteously with all queries
• Ensuring the Bar and Restaurant areas are maintained and cleaned to a high standard both during and after service
• Delivering consistent, exceptional service in line with Golf Club standards.

The Ideal Candidate

Our successful Food and Beverage Assistant will have;

• A friendly and efficient service
• Previous experience in a similar environment (desirable)
• The ability to work under pressure  and use own initiative
• Have a passion for  great customer service
• Genuine interest in building a rapport with our Golf Club members, making them feel welcomed in the Clubhouse
• An excellent eye for detail
• Good standards of appearance and a willingness to wear Golf Club uniform, as provided.
