At Sir James Altham Leisure Centre we are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic, driven individual ready to take the next step in their career, someone with a passion for driving income.

You will place great importance on customer care, facility standards and will contribute to financial and strategic targets, working closely at building the children’s activities income lines.

We are looking for ambitious professionals, who must have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to problem solve effectively under pressure, ensuring the highest level of quality customer service is always being delivered.

Your role will include your own areas of responsibility giving the opportunity to develop areas, and work closely with the operational management team on ongoing projects.

The successful Candidate will have the ability to organise their team to facilitate the smooth day to day running of the Centre. Will be passionate about good customer service and strive for perfection

You will work as part of a Duty Manager team managing the site on a day to day basis and must have a current NPLQ and Pool Plant Operators Certificate (or have the ability to gain these qualifications within six months of being appointed).

The role requires the ability to work on a rolling rota which involves working some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
