WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Wage: We pay the minimum London Living Wage at £10.20 p/hour but hourly rates could be higher depending on experience. You will also benefit from a share of the Service Charge Tronc after passing your probationary period.

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

We serve delicious, authentic Caribbean food in a lively and fun environment. We’re looking for people who have style, smile and swagger -  confident, bubbly, energetic and professional.

You would be working during our peak trading periods – mainly over weekends - so we are looking for someone who can handle busy shifts whilst remaining calm under pressure.  During the summer, you would mostly be meeting and greeting on our outdoor terrace.

We’re heading into our busiest season so we are looking for an experienced host with the main responsibilities as follows:

• Greeting our guests with the biggest smile! 
• Managing reservations, queues and waiting lists.
• Allocating tables depending on our booking system in addition to maximising covers with walk-in guests.
• Communicating efficiently with Managers and the team.

Seating guests, introducing the menu, occasionally taking orders, using the till and other general restaurant duties as required.
