Sales – Delivering Revenue Growth  
 
 Responsibility for all levels of B2B Sales in the Group.

 To negotiate conference rates and contracts in accordance with Company guidelines

 Penetrate fully both new and existing local client accounts (corporate and agency) through:

 Regular telephone account management calls every 6-8 weeks  6 monthly face to face visits  On site visits and Resort Showrounds

 Exploration of new departments and new contacts

 Identification and development of new Partnership opportunities, with targeted revenue results, and extension of brand reach.

 To maintain account profile and grow market share from all key accounts through proactive sales calls, identifying new accounts, building relationships to grow market share from key accounts

 To target small to medium sized local companies to develop incremental business for the venues and the group in line with budget

 Profile and qualify business from new companies in the area  

 Participate in account specific activity and initiatives

 To develop pro-active Sales focus throughout Resorts, and train advise where needed.

 Strategically analyse revenue performance to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting of future personal delivery

 To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer, giving full co-operation to any customer requiring attention

 To attend to customer queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner and with a commitment to dealing with the issue in a positive way

 To anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service offered, to ensure customer loyalty is maintained 
 To ensure the customer is treated correctly, first time, every time  Ensure all customers receive a warm welcome first time every time  
 
 
 
 
Profit 
 
 To meet profit targets, whilst returning investment at the appropriate rate.  To understand the financial performance (profit) against targets and assist in the implementation of corrective action as required through the use of sales and marketing strategies

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Confident, pleasant, able to stay calm under pressure and remain courteous when dealing with difficult situations

 Must be efficient, organised and self-motivated

 Have a good personal standard, projecting a professional image at all times  IT literate
