Simmons is looking for our next Assistant Manager for our Fulham site!

This is a great chance to join a quick growing bar group with national ambitions

The successful candidate should:

• Have some cocktail experience
• Have at least 1 year of management experience
• Have knowledge of the local area (Fulham)
• Have some experience of managing P&Ls, rotas and stocks
• Be great with staff and proficient at hiring and training the next crop of superstar bartenders
• Have fantastic customer interaction skills
