We’re looking for a Reception Manager to join The Ivy Tower Bridge. Leading the reception team to make sure high standards are maintained.

You’ll welcome all our guests by name, if they’re regular, making everyone from business people to locals feel like our only guest. You’ll make sure every guest is looked after upon arrival and that guest leaves happy.

Who are you?
You are:
- Current / previous experience as a Reception Manager
- A natural leader, you know how to get the best from your team
- A good communicator, exceptionally friendly and inclusive, even after a long shift
- Excellent guest service skills always exceeding guest expectations
- Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure, being a calming influence on the front of house team
- Ability to be flexible to travel around the UK to assist with new openings
