As a Chef de Partie at the Andaz London Liverpool Street, I am encouraged to express my creativity and I have the opportunity to develop my skills on a daily basis.
Driven by the passion for delivering the best dishes to the customers, I am playing my part as a dynamic member of a motivated team by supporting the Sous Chefs in the successful running of the service.
As all our outlets have different concepts and kitchens ranging from Brasserie, gastropub to Japanese cuisine, the Andaz London Liverpool Street is able to provide me with the diversity in cuisines to help expand my culinary skills.
