To provide a high level of service and customer care to all Leisure Club customers whilst maintaining an accurate booking system to achieve maximum guest and member satisfaction and the smooth running of the department.Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar operation (preferred)
  • Previous experience of a front desk system (preferred)Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • High Standard of personal hygiene and appearance
  • Presentable, friendly, articulate
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Must be Customer FocusedEducation or Certification
  • NVQ/BTEC in front desk operations (desirable) COMPETENCIES

  • To deal with advance reservations, taking bookings and special requirements. To achieve optimum utilization of facilities
  • Operate Systems and deal with messages and enquiries when required, to the company standard
  • To welcome guests on arrival to required standard, and ensure their details are entered into the computer correctly and efficiently
  • To promote the Leisure Club ambience for members and visitors to increase the appeal of the Leisure Club. To help organize and co-ordinate Leisure Club social activities
  • To liaise with the Leisure Manager on a regular basis in regard to any administrative or special duties. Attend team meetings when required.
  • To ensure that a high level of customer care is maintained at all times, especially when under pressure.
  • To adhere to Leisure Club rules at all times.
  • To ensure that cashing up procedures are adhered to at all times ensuring that all money and charges are correctly balanced, security checks are made accordingly to Company procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness of area (guest sees first impression) and to take ownership of reception.
  • Required to check changing areas on a regular basis
  • Regular cleaning of the changing areas will be required.
  • Monitoring of reception policies and procedures and to work directly with Leisure Manager.
  • Ensure the best quality service advice and information is available.
  • Ensure floats are counted and balanced at start and end of shift and they are secure at all times. Blind Banking
