What is the main purpose of the role?
With the ultimate aim of customer care and satisfaction in our newly opened Spa with 5 treatment rooms and 2 nail bars, you will be responsible for setting, monitoring and controlling consistently high standards across all areas of the Spa. You’ll ensure budgets are met with regards to Spa bookings, take responsibility for planning and organising the day to day operation and handle any guest queries and complaints efficiently to ensure total guest satisfaction is achieved.
As the Spa Manager, you will ensure a good induction is in place and oversee the training for new starters as well as the on-going training for existing colleagues to develop a well-motivated and dedicated team who are devoted to providing a first class customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you need to be able to demonstrate management experience alongside a Level Three Therapist qualification as a minimum requirement. As part of the role you will be training the team on the products we use and help to develop the therapists with your own experience. We are looking for someone with great communication skills and the right management style to motivate and inspire their team.
