The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate and evidence an understanding of what makes a town centre pub work.

You must have a passion for delivering exceptional service & standards day and night and the ability to turn your hand to leading very different sessions. Passion & personality are a must together with a positive attitude & a determination to be the best. The ability to develop and lead a large team is a must to unlock the potential of this venue.
