We are looking for a self-motivated individual to become part of our client services team within a dynamic and fast paced cross campus corporate site.

You will ensure a professional service is maintained at all times in compliance with Nuffield Health guidelines and in line with client demands and have a variety of responsibilities throughout this role.

These will include but not be limited to:

* To be fully conversant with all IT requirements essential for the front desk and reporting functions, including word, powerpoint and advanced knowledge of excel including processes such as conditional formatting, spreadsheet creation and macros.
* To effectively manage the clubs memberships through the online membership system. This includes ensuring all documentation is received from the member, data is accurately inputted and that appropriate reports are produced
* To process cancellations and refunds ensuring all updates are implemented efficiently.
* Rota creation and first point of call for client appointment reservations
* To correctly follow guidelines and instigate systems as stipulated by Nuffield Health in line with the wider business where appropriate.
* To provide and support management with monthly statistics as required and ensure accurate monthly report writing is received in line with deadlines set.
* To follow all cash and payment protocols within the fitness centres, ensuring reconciliations are made and any discrepancies reported.
* To supervise the administration element of reports for all areas of the business
* To provide a first class front desk operation with exceptionally high levels of customer focus and services.
* To support the Senior Client Service Administrator in the management of daily tasks
* To assist the client services team with IT training in accordance with business need.
* To keep client services hand books / NOPs up to date.
* To support team meetings within the scope of responsibilities and in the absence of the Senior Client Service Administrator.
* To support Nuffield Wellbeing and Promotional events throughout the year in line with Nuffield and Clients Calendars
* Please note this role will include some shift work.

Skills Required:

* Exceptional IT skills
* A high level of personal organisation
* At least one year client services experience
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* A willingness and proven ability to learn and develop new skills
* A 3 day first aid at work qualification (Desirable)
