I'm looking for a passionate and driven GM to lead a recently renovated bar in Reading. Within easy reach of the Oracle shopping centre, the train station and Forbury Square- it is the perfect place for your guests to unwind. This is a fantastic time to become part of an exciting journey as the brand embraces a new vision, and direction for the New Year.

The venue offers a range experiences to WOW its guests, from Cocktail Masterclasses to bottomless brunches. Tapas nights to Happy Hours. There is always something going on. The only missing ingredient is a GM with an entrepreneurial streak to drive the business forwards.

The ideal candidate will be great multi tasker, with a proven track record of training and developing teams to exceed expectations. Experience in managing busy food service and bar environments would be a huge benefit.

* Managing and training your team
* Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
