We are looking for 3 enthusiastic individuals who will be an integral member of the team for one of our new sites, you will be given a variety of opportunities to develop you personally and professionally. Gymfinity Kids is a brand new company launched in 2017.

Here at Gymfinity we are a brand new & exciting facility offering a wide range of fun based activities for babies-14yrs including gymnastics & Ninja Zone as well as Holiday Camps, Birthday Parties & Dance Classes.

If you’re ready to join this fast-paced, fun and child focused environment, here’s what will make sure you are perfect for the role at one of our sites and what previous experience we ask for:

• Previous sales experience required.
• Completing KPI’s including: Contacting new enquiries, converting enquiries to trial, Converting trials to members.
• Completing daily phone calls, dealing with incoming enquiries from the phone & website as well as face to face enquiries.
• Completing tours and ‘closing the sale’.
• Achieving monthly team/individual sales targets.
• Assist in promotional activity from flyering, outreach events and generally driving awareness to the site.
• Passionate about interacting with our young guests (and parents) as well as delivering an amazing experience every time! Being our members first port of call.
• Assisting with tours, product selling & merchandise selling.
• Ability to communicate effectively within our team and with our guests/members.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment – on your own and as part of our team!
• Flexible in your availability; able to work evenings and weekends!
• Provide support when needed in various areas of the business.

• Up-selling the product from guest to membership.
• Booking children in for their classes, dealing with queries & making bookings.
• Booking birthday parties & holiday camps.
• Ensuring all customers have completed and understood the required health and safety waivers and briefing sessions prior to their sessions.
