Supervisors - Shipleys Leamington Spa

Shipleys Leamington require full time Supervisors for our busy Bingo and Adult Gaming Centre. We are looking for determined individuals who can succeed in a fast-paced environment. Duties will be to assist in the daily control of operations to a high standard. You will have excellent communication skills and be a team player who can manage and motivate those around you, whilst offering first class customer care. You will be on hand to help by answering questions and demonstrating new machine products and ensuring that we provide our customers with an experience that exceeds expectations from the minute they walk through the door. All training will be provided. 

We are therefore looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and able to take on a challenge. You will have a professional, customer focused approach and a can-do attitude.

We are a fast paced, 7 days a week business and as such the ideal candidate must be prepared to work flexible hours on a shift basis, which will include evenings & weekends. As we are licensed business, you must be over 18 and be able to read, write and speak English fluently, and a good standard of Mathematics is needed
