Full-time Head Barista. GAIL’s is a neighbourhood bakery, specialising in craft bread. We bake using natural ingredients and plenty of time. We believe that every community should be able to enjoy good bread and we serve world-class, handmade food our customers enjoy. We are also coffee obsessed and serve our own blend of specialty coffee, some of the best in town. We all share a passion for baking and for its role in every community.
