We are currently looking for a Commis Sommelier to join our dedicated Wine Team.

As a Sommelier you will be working in our busy restaurant providing high quality wines to our lunch and dinner guests so a love and understanding of wines and their grape varieties plus a good palate is key.

Ideally you will have completed some studies in wine and spirits- but passion and a great attitude are much more important. Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment is preferable though.

For the right candidate we will support you through WSET exams- this is a great opportunity to learn on the job and get some formal qualifications at the same time.

Staff accommodation is available but all applicants do need a full driving licence as accommodation not on site.
