We are looking for a talented and charismatic Waiter to join the team of our fantastic restaurant; J Sheekey and J Sheekey Atlantic Bar, part of Caprice Holdings.

J Sheekey and J Sheekey Atlantic Bar is our iconic seafood restaurant and bar in the heart of theatre land in the West End providing the finest fish, oysters and shellfish and smaller dishes to our customers. The restaurant, bar and extensive terrace are vibrant and lively attracting west end shoppers, theatre goers as well as the cast of the nearby theatres meaning that service is always fast paced, engaging and energetic.

We expect our Waiters to provide engaging and charismatic service to all our customers. To join our team you must be passionate about continually developing your food, wine and cocktail knowledge since we are always striving to improve the excellent service we deliver to our customers.

We are ideally looking for a Waiter who:
• Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
• Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
• Are charismatic and confident in engaging in conversation with customers 
• Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Are immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of both customers and colleagues
• Possess a good command of the English language 
• A WSET qualification is desirable but not essential
