Receptionist - Villiers Hotel, Buckingham

We are looking for a enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our Front of House Team.  As the first point of contact for our customers you will create a warm welcome to make them feel at home. 

Ideal candidate:

• To have knowledge of Opera PMS. 
• Posses excellent customer services skills
• have an excellent telephone manner
• We have a very busy Reception therefore the candidate must be organised and efficient and be able to work under pressure.

Working 5 days in 7 on a rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Starting salary £16,000 per annum.
