The Wellbeing Manager is responsible for facilitating the strategic development, implementation and on-going support of Microsoft's internal employee wellbeing proposition. The Wellbeing Manager will have a direct responsibility for the promotion and maintenance of both mental, physical Wellbeing, emotional and financial.

This role will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure that Microsoft has a coherent and joined up approach to employee wellbeing. These include, but are not exclusive to, compensation and benefits, procurement, occupational health, EAP, Health & Safety, on-site gym and PMI. Additionally, the Wellbeing Manager will be solely responsible for the running of the onsite clinic across two main locations.

The purpose of the role is to facilitate wellbeing awareness to ensure employee wellbeing is embedded into the culture of the business via all stages of the employee lifecycle. In addition the role is responsible for working closely with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure that relevant, fit for purpose, and best in class benefits, services, policies, tools and programmes are at the forefront of employee's minds - accessible, promoted and communicated effectively and compellingly.

The role is a senior position and must be able to communicate with a variety of different roles of differing seniority across Microsoft. They must be excellent communicators, facilitators and agents of change.

Key Responsibilities

* The promotion and maintenance of both mental and physical wellbeing of Microsoft employees is fundamental to Microsoft core values therefore a key responsibility
* Devise appropriate and tailored wellbeing solutions unique to the needs of Microsoft that relate to business outcomes. Ensure that both a preventative and curative approach is taken towards health issues with the focus firmly on prevention.
* Liaise with Compensation and Benefits to suggest reviews and enhancements to health-related benefits.
* Ensure measurement tools are in place to capture metrics around employee health status, engagement and participation and measure effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and programmes.
* Produce regular management reports for presentation to Microsoft to demonstrate effectiveness and return on investment.
* Continually gauge feedback and attitudes from employees/stakeholders using multiple mechanisms such as attitude surveys, questionnaires, focus groups etc.
* Maintain an expert knowledge of the wellbeing industry developments, trends and research outcomes enabling ongoing innovation and commitment to providing value add solutions to continually enhance and improve Microsoft's wellbeing services building solutions in response to emerging issues
* Manage the on-site Wellbeing Centre and Wellbeing team of 3 GPs, 2 Physiologists, 2 Physiotherapy sites, Receptionist and Complementary Therapists.
* Manage the on-site Fitness Centre with 3 personal trainers and drive the team to exceed fitness membership targets.
* Will become CQC registered manager with all responsibilities for clinical governance procedures and daily operations onsite

* Excellent communication & presentation skills
* Ability to develop strong working relationships at multiple levels of the organisation
* Proven project management experience
* Experience of managing a site P&L
