Exero Lifestyle Ltd is a franchisee of SNAP Fitness UK, operating within the 24/7 Fitness market in a number of locations spread geographically across the UK. The group are currently recruiting a Club Manager for its fourth site, due to open within the next 12 weeks.

We will be providing state-of-the-art facilities, including top of the range cardio with up to 19” touchscreen FitTouch technology, Olympic lifting platform, full range of functional free weights, Group Exercise Studio with Fitness on Demand capabilities, Stages Flight indoor cycling, MyZone, Boditrax body analysis, the latest MX4 Group Training System, personal training and loads more.

Who is the Club Manager?

The Club Manager is the key role in Snap Fitness clubs, responsible for overall day to day management of all operations. Working closely with the Franchise Owner and Operations and Sales Managers, The position will have full accountability and authority over all operational aspects and management of staff, including sales, marketing and general administration.

A fun, smart, passionate leader that is motivated to provide an exceptional customer experience. You must have the experience, energy and enthusiasm to manage the day- to-day operations of a busy Health Club plus a proven track record in the fitness or retail industries.

What are the Key Responsibilities?

  • Extremely keen eye for Sales management - driving sales through local community and corporate outreach activities whilst adhering to a monthly marketing planner.
  • Marketing management to drive membership growth
  • Management of Personal Trainers
  • Maintaining club standards (cleanliness, maintenance and health and safety)
  • Administration
  • Social media and club management reporting

What are the Key Requirements?

  • Previous Sales & Management experience
  • Level 3 REPS Certification (preferred but not essential)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Outstanding customer service and people skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • A proven ability to hit targets
