Shangri La Hotel at the Shard is looking to strengthen the Kitchen team in 2018!!

We have exciting projects across our food outlets in the new year and are keen to find passionate, creative and talented chefs at all levels who can join us on the culinary journey!

Essential Requirements

• Proven Experience in a  4/5*Luxury Hotel
• Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
• Passionate about fresh, local produce
• Hard working and flexible
• Oral and written fluency in English
