We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to join the team at Southampton Harbour Hotel

Harbour Hotels is a collection of prestigious hotels nestled in some of the most beautiful locations throughout the South of England.

This 85 bedroom yacht-inspired hotel featuring an indulgent spa, award-winning Jetty restaurant concept and HarBar on the 6th brings 5-star luxury to the marina making it one of the most desirable locations in the UK.

We have a superb opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the Jetty Team. As Bar Supervisor you will need to have excellent cocktails skills and good bar product knowledge. There will be an emphasis on wine and a good knowledge is therefore required. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally with some supervisory and be capable of working in a fast paced environment. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for customer excellence is essential.
