The flour to our cake…
Our kitchens are the heart of our Club Hotels and we’re looking for individuals who share our passion for food, fun and being part of a team. Working for us a Commis Chef will give you the chance to accelerate your kitchen career far above your UK counterparts – because we’re not afraid to put on our whites and get stuck in! You’ll be preparing and creating a variety of dishes to show off your culinary flair whilst having the chance to learn and work alongside some of our most experienced Head Chefs.

To join us for the Winter Ski Season you’re going to need to be…
- Energetic and motivated
- Have a willingness to develop
- Confident, with a tool kit of basic catering skills
Not forgetting the formal bits!
A qualification in catering and/or professional cookery is desirable but not essential, as is experience with preparing for high volume covers. And of course hard working, yet efficient (means more time on the mountains!)
