Customer Service Coordinator / Dormer - Grosvenor Hall - Ashford, Kent

35 hrs per week

Salary- NMW/NLW  

We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator/Dormer at our Grosvenor Hall site.  As a Customer Service Co-ordinator/Dormer you will work closely with the Customer Services Manager to ensure that all Guests have a fantastic stay with us.  You will do everything required to maximise re-bookings and deal with all customer enquiries and concerns professionally, effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for conducting all necessary administration duties for the efficient operation of the Customer Services Department on centre

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and has a professional manner. You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build effective working relationships. You must have good attention to detail and good problem solving skills. Computer literate in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
