Regional Manager

Due to continued investment and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Bannatyne Health Clubs for a Regional Manager. This role will oversee 6 Health Clubs and a Hotel within the South East of England.

The Regional Manager role has overall responsibility for all areas of operation, sales and financial performance. This position is responsible for delivering the company's main focus, of providing high quality customer experience and driving revenue throughout the region, whilst optimising profitability.

The Regional Manager will work closely with the current Regional team, the company's National Operations Manager and Operations Director, whilst also requiring the delivery of work in functional disciplines such as sales, revenue, finance and human resources.

Candidates must have multi site General Manager experience, and be able to provide evidence regarding their ability to work in a high paced, target driven and professional environment.

Salary - £72.5k OTE
