Over the last few years ALS has been on the journey of Continuous Improvement and recent changes has resulted in the creation of this new and exciting role with a number of vacancies across the country.

This new role will play an integral and pivotal part of our future helping sites deliver fantastic service at the best possible cost. You will be engaging with our colleagues to enhance our processes and deliver change right first time.
We are looking for experienced Change Managers skilled in the use of Lean methodologies who are comfortable working with a range of individuals from colleagues to senior Managers. A passion for developing people, driving, creating and facilitating a culture of challenge and engagement is vital.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and coach colleagues at all levels on creation, planning and developing of all change initiatives and programmes.
• Co-ordinate plans and activities with all relevant stakeholders and specialists.
• Focus on the people side (CE) of change with regards to ongoing changes (CI) to business processes, systems and technology and organisation structure.
• Act as the key point of contact within the change plan for the site highlighting issues and risks and developing plans to address..
• Foster a change management culture, acting as mentor and coach to fellow team members, promoting best practice across the team.
• Help create, maintain and actively participate in the training of others through the ALS academy and any associated material.
• Lead on the development and dissemination of best practice working with key stakeholders ensuring good communication and coordination between the delivery teams
• Be the guardian of the process communicating with sites highlighting great practice and if required where there is a gap to the agreed process.
