Main purpose of the role:

Barista positions have arisen to join our Burr & Co team. This posititon is for up to 20 per week. The Burr & Co Barista role is to provide a memorable, friendly and delicious hot-beverage experience for every guest, every time. The Barista plays an integral role in the Burr & Co Team by offering their specialist skills and knowledge for coffee offering, which naturally live the values, promote the brand and venue reputation.

The ideal candidate:

Shifts are flexible on a casual basis Monday- Sunday.We’re looking for someone who is naturally passionate about creating a great hospitality environment that delivers fantastic customer service. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, in addition you will:
