With a rustic style, and a superlative selection of beer, wine and cocktails, we work with the very best and local producers across our menu. The Position

We are looking for a talented Bartender to join our team, an integral and key member of the team who understands the huge importance of first impressions, this is an operational role focused on enhancing guest experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision making and team work whilst having the upmost attention to detail able to multi-task.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Prioritise customer service at the bar and operate in a friendly, professional manner

Identify customer needs and aim to exceed customer expectations, ensuring return visits.

Ensure a full prepared, safe and orderly environment

Take appropriate steps to ensure the correct ambience is maintained at all times

Create and maximise all sales opportunities through service efficiency and use of sales techniques

Be fully knowledgeable and adhere to all licensing legalities

Ensure all stock control procedures are maintained

Improve service by utilising company systems and procedures

Be well-presented, confident and have a positive approach to dealing with people at all levels

Perform well under pressure

Have an passion for the hospitality industry and a drive for perfection

Able to communicate effectively and enjoy operating as part of a team

Have an extensive knowledge of all products, menus and cocktails

Ensure products are stored, dispensed and presented to company standards at all times

Salary: Hourly rate of pay.  Paid weekly  

Holidays: 28 days holiday per annum
