We currently have a vacancy for a Guest Service Executive joining our team.

The Role

The Service Leader – Guest Service Executive, is a key part of the Guest Relations team operations. Providing efficient, courteous professional assistance to guests at the hotel. He/she will additionally welcome and farewell all guests upon arrival and departure from the hotel.

Through planned and proactive collaboration with the Front of House teams on both Ground Floor and Level 35 he/she will take care of all VIP guests and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfil guest needs and requests, being proactive at all times.

Based at the Ground Floor lobby the Guest Service Executive will be the decision maker and support structure for our Dorr, Bell, Concierge and F&B outlet to ensure decision making at the guest contact point.

Within this the Guest Service Executive will ensure the safety and security of all guest and colleagues and forms a vital connection with our emergency response teams.

Essential Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and ideally a second language
  • 1-2 years Guest Relations/Front of House function in a five star 150+ bedroom hotel
  • Be able to lift luggage (possibly heavy items) from and into cars, onto trolleys and into storage in a safe & secure manner
  • High Customer Service Orientation
  • Good/effective training skills
