Signature Living currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Wedding & Events Sales Co-ordinator to gain experience joining our dynamic and ever-growing company at Signature Living group covering in Loyola Hall (Rainhill), Harris Hotel (Preston) and Dixie Dean Hotel (Liverpool).

As Wedding & Events Sales Co-ordinator you will visit each site weekly and complete open days to drive sales and bookings.

Role Description:

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries and converting them into show-rounds and confirmed bookings
  • Book in meetings/events at the different venues to showcase them
  • Administrative responsibilities as per the requirements of the business
  • Knowledge of the different venues in Signature Living, styles and sizes to assist in securing bookings
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Prioritise effectively, manage time well, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation; Multi-task and be versatile

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the events industry would be greatly advantageous; however, a demonstration of excellent customer service and understanding the events industry would be ideal
  • Strong sales background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow company procedures and maintain the high standards
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Full – Clean driving license and own car
