No experience is necessary, as we will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence needed! We would love to hear from people who are enthusiastic about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. However, experience of "Challenge 25" policy and customer facing service roles would be an advantage.

As a WHS Team Member your daily duties will involve;

• Serving customers.
• Using the till.
• Upsell wherever possible to achieve KPI's and targets for the store.
• Stocking shelves; ensuring there is a consistent supply of equipment and products.
• Consistently exceed our customers expectations
• Comply with our legal obligations under gaming, alcohol and tobacco purchasing laws.
• Maintain general cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Actively manage the 18+ restrictions in the gaming area.

This is a permanent full time position. 5 days a week. Shifts are generally 8 hrs and run between 6am and 10pm. Weekend work will be required in this role.
Due to location and shift timings your own transport would be an advantage. However a local bus service does opperate close by.
Free parking is provided on site.
