Job Description

• Acting as front of house to our customers in a small private environment
• Using in house systems to book appointments, updating new client details, ensuring clients accounts are in order
• Taking payments
• Assisting with client and potential client enquires (phone, email, post etc)
• Keeping reception area tidy including replenishing products and towels
• Stock taking
• General administration and support to two Directors and Business Manager

The Successful Applicant

• Must be passionate about Health and Fitness with excellent personal presentation
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate and interact at all levels
• Confident and professional with good attention to detail
• Previous experience working Front of House preferred
• MS Office essential

What's on Offer

• Part-time: 25 hours per week for fixed days/shifts
• Potential to do more hours when cover required
• £10 per hour
