Nuffield Health are looking for a casual Wellbeing Advisor to work within one of their corporate sites at the University of Derby Sports Centre. Successful candidates will be competent in all client services operational issues, striving to provide and maintain high standards of accuracy and customer care for the fitness areas.

This role will involve working shifts between the hours of 06:15 and 22:15 Monday-Friday, and 08:45-17:00 Saturday-Sunday. The hourly rate is set at £7.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct gym programmes and inductions
* Sports hall set ups
* Teaching studio classes
* Engage with members and give proactive advice
* Maintenance and cleaning of the gym equipment
* Other applicable responsibilities to meet the needs of the role

Skills and experience:

* A current level 3 qualification (e.g. Premier/Lifetime)
* Ability to motivate and work well within a team
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Approachable and able to adapt to different situations
* Accustomed to working towards targets and deadlines
* Meticulous attention to detail in all areas of work
* Articulate and able to demonstrate good communication skills
* Proven IT knowledge and competence with MS packages
