Job Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for 3 Resourcing Administrators based in our Dundee Customer Engagement Centre, as part of our Resource Planning Team and reporting into our Resource Planning Team Leader. (The shift pattern for this vacancy is still to be confirmed)
In Resource Planning, our aim is to have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to meet our customer demand. Our team is made up of several functions including Forecasting, Staff Planning, Real-Time, Investment planning, and Capacity Planning.

Main Responsibilities
You will work towards the delivery of our agreed Service Levels covering all contact channels for all business area across the day and week.
Resourcing is a fast paced environment, where decisions and all relevant actions need to be taken quickly whilst communicating and working in collaboration with our Operations and OST Teams.
In order to support this we are looking for enthusiastic and driven people who are particularly good at forward thinking, problem solving and engaging others.
In this role you will be responsible for:-

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Provision and continued accuracy of all staff shifts & schedules
• Provision of reporting on a regular basis as required
• Communicating internally with operations, training and people partners on day to day schedules, breaks and training
• Accuracy of data contained within WFM, including colleague shrinkage factors
• Provision of performance and shortfalls against planned activity
• Supporting the wider Resource and Forecasting team as required

Operational skills relevant for this job:

• Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including and especially Excel
• Knowledge of a WFM system

The Ideal Candidate
Experience relevant for this job:

• Previous exposure to back end WFM not essential as training will be given
• Previous exposure to SQL database extraction would be useful

• Excel skills at intermediate to advanced level,
• Experience working with a WFM
• Strong communication skills,
• Strong organisational and planning skills,
• Problem solving skills
• The ability to work as part of a team.
