We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Leader to assist in leading the Customer Service Team at Birchanger Green Services. The role of the Customer Service Leader, working closely the Customer Services Manager, is to lead, support and motivate your Customer Service team to deliver superb customer service, maintain operational standards service and deliver the Welcome Break brand. You will drive excellence in service through consistently communicating with your team of Service Hosts, Cleaning Hosts and Maintenance Hosts, using shift briefs and working front of house alongside your team, giving them regular feedback, spotting potential issues and being aware of the Site as a whole.

Our Service Leaders carry out duty manager shifts and are 'people people' who know how to get the best from others, therefore to apply for this role you will have previous operational experience of managing a team, ideally in a branded service focused environment . Our Service Leaders need to have strong communication and influencing skills, as well as proven experience of inspiring teams.

This is a permanent contract 40 hours over 5 shifts per week on a rota basis. There are no split shifts however applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts. Due to the shift patterns applicants must be aged 18 or over. Salary for this role is up £19,000 per annum.
