Night Auditor/Porter Overview

The Night Auditor/Porter's role is to assist the Night Manager in providing a smooth and efficient Night Service & Night Audit. This will ensure that our 5 star high level customer service is maintained on a 24 hour basis. As Night Auditor/Porter you will ensure that a thorough and comprehensive hand-over is carried out from Reception at the start and end of the shift. The Night Auditor/Porter will also be responsible for providing a late guest check-in and information service.

Attributes/Experience

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Reception, Night Porters or related discipline in the hotel or travel trade industry preferably gained within a 4/5 Star establishment.  Applicants should be computer literate and preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Opera Fidelio or similar advanced PMS systems.

We require an excellent command of the English language both verbal and written and outstanding communication and leadership skills. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the highest level of customer service.
