Level 2 Swimming Instructor Roles - 5 Star central London Hotel or new Open Water swimming venue

We are actively recruiting for two enthusiastic Level 2 qualified swimming teachers or coaches, with a competitive aquatics background (club level or above) and who have a real passion for developing their teaching and coaching experience further.

Turner Swim provide one-to-one adult swimming lessons at a five star hotel in Central London and are shortly starting operating swimming coaching sessions at an open water swimming venue in London too. We currently have a team of 4 full-time instructors in London and would like to increase this with 2 new instructor roles, one part-time and one full-time.

The roles will suit experienced instructors or newly qualified teachers as paid Turner Swim instructor training is provided. A competitive swimming or aquatics discipline background would be a distinct advantage and we actively encourage you to apply for this role. About Us

Turner Swim is run by a former international aquatic team member and we provide one-to-one adult swimming lessons at five star hotels in London and Dublin. We are looking an enthusiastic instructor to join our growing team in London, teaching a broad range of adult clients, including those learning to swim or improving their stroke through to triathletes requiring advanced coaching.

Turner Swim is looking to expand to meet the growing client demands for its adult learn-to-swim and open water/triathlon programmes. This role will suit someone who is genuinely excited and passionate about swimming teaching and coaching, and is looking to expand their teaching career as Turner Swim grows. We love swimming and we are looking for like-minded instructors to join our team!

Duties will include:

• Delivering fantastic one-to-one adult lessons following the Turner Swim programme syllabus and teaching methods. 
• Building a strong relationship with clients, facility staff and management.
• Expanding swimming and triathlon knowledge through attending regular Turner Swim instructor development sessions. 
• Recording client's progress.
• Ensuring a safe learning environment is provided for clients, hotel guests and spa staff.

Working Hours: 

We are looking to recruit for two roles:

1) Starting end March 2018: a part-time Level 2 qualified instructor to provide a minimum of 15 hours availability per week. This role will primarily be based at Le Méridien hotel Piccadilly.

2) Starting May 2018: a full-time Level 2 qualified instructor to provide up to 35 hours of lessons per week. During the summer months, this role will be based between Le Méridien hotel Piccadilly and our new open water swimming venue near Canary Wharf. At the end of the open water season this role will continue but as a full time role at Le Méridien hotel Piccadilly.

An advantage for the full-time role would be holding an STA Level 2 Open Water teaching qualification or a British Triathlon Level 2 Coaching qualification. However this isn't essential as full training is provided.
