You’ll come with a wealth of experience when it comes to driving performance to set KPI targets and have a passion for leading from the front, motivating and developing the team.  You’ll demonstrate the ability to effectively flex your time between ensuring you’re hands on in this busy site ensuring quality, standards and excellent service are delivered daily, while ensuring all other business needs are met to a high level. Preferably you will have the experience of managing a large branded operation and thrive in a family focused environment.  With a proven ability to drive sales you’ll strive to maximise the revenue of this year-round site capitalising on seasonal menu changes. With a busy breakfast trade driven from the neighbouring Premier Inn and the bustling garden in summer months there is every opportunity to serve up great memories to our guests.
