Back of House Casual Day/Night Steward - Royal Garden Hotel, London
As a Back of House Cleaner you will be responsible for organising your shift by ensuring that all cleaning schedules have been followed and carried out to the required standard. Furthermore, you will ensure that all equipment is operated according to the manufacturer’s manuals as well as cleaned regularly. You will ensure that all staff comply with the Hotel’s Health and Safety policies.
We are looking for a motivated individual, who has previous experience in working with chemicals as well as experience in kitchen cleaning including stoves and floors. You need to bring knowledge of basic sanitation controls and the purpose and use of different cleaning supplies. Knowledge of an Eastern European language is an asset.
