Hours: Full Time (39 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £15,514 per annum (depending upon age and experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Activity Motivator at William Penn Leisure Centre working with a dynamic and friendly team.

We are looking for a unique individual that has a passion for fitness and is highly driven to motivate others into living a healthier, more active lifestyle. The Activity Motivator role requires enthusiastic, responsible and hardworking individuals to support the centre through a wide variety of activities; including gym duties, equipment set up / put down, pool supervision, maintaining the centres’ high standards of cleanliness and assisting with general day to day operations and enquiries as well as engaging proactively with customers.

Applicants must be have a recognised RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and a Level 2 Qualification in Fitness Instructing, or be willing to acquire these qualifications.
