£15,514 basic p.a. (Depending on age) - OTE £28,000 with commission - UNCAPPED

Hertsmere Leisure Trust provide energising, motivating leisure facilities across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire for communities to achieve rewarding and active lifestyles.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for full time (39 hrs p/w) Membership Sales Advisor to join our dynamic and friendly team in Borehamwood.

We are looking for individuals who are self-driven, organised and have the confidence and inspiration to motivate customers to improve their lifestyle by starting them on their fitness journey.  The role will require working to achieve sales targets to increase our membership base by actively obtaining new leads through;

• Face to face customer interactions
• Telephone calls
• Email enquiries
• Outreach activities, with the opportunity to work out in the community and with our corporate customers to raise awareness of our services.

The ideal candidates must be friendly, passionate and able to communicate clearly and confidently with infectious energy levels.  The role will include some evening and weekend hours.
