Hospitality team Members are at the heart of creating the legendary guest experiences that Ricoh Arena prides itself on. Working within one of the arenas 10 premium hospitality restaurants or 52 exclusive private suites, Hospitality Team Members are responsible for the expert table service of our world class food products to our VIP hospitality guests.
With work available throughout the year on all match days at Ricoh Arena we are looking for presentable, proactive and energetic people to join our hospitality team.
Requirements
Duties include:
- Delivering memorable customer service to all of our guests
- Taking and processing food and drinks orders at tables
- Serving food and drinks to tables in a timely manor
- Setting up, maintaining and clearing down the restaurant / suite
