Carnival UK are looking for an Employee Relations Co-ordinator to support the Employee Relations Team with the administration and co-ordination of managing the day to day queries and supporting the team.
You will be responsible for collating and creating management information reports including budgetary information and be expected to provide pivot tables and graphs whilst identifying trends..

Carnival UK are looking for an Employee Relations Co-ordinator to support the Employee Relations Team with the administration and co-ordination managing the day to day queries and supporting the ER team.
This is a great opportunity in a relatively new role which will give you the opportunity to grow and make the role your own.
On a daily basis, you will manage the employee relations inbox with an expectation to answer day to day queries and escalate when necessary. You will also support managers in low risk employee relations casework and also p rovide statistical reports and analyse patterns of trends. Naturally, you will also provide support to the ER team with regards to note taking and casework administration as well as providing a first class professional service for our stakeholders.
You will need to have:
  • the ability to work with senior stakeholders and be able to infuence and deliver the changes required.
  • communicate effectively with a positive and open and honest communication style, with effective listening
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and work well within a team
  • Have worked in an administration role within a HR team or similar business support role.
  • Good time management skills.
  • A proactive approach
